Early Closure of the Exhibition
In light of special circumstances nearby, "Ink of Two Cities - the 9th Shenzhen & Hong Kong Metropolitan Ink Painting Exhibition" at Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre will be closed on 05 Oct 2019 (Sat) at 1pm for the sake of public safety.

S ince 2008, “Hong Kong & Shenzhen Works Exhibition of Ink Painting and Metropolis” has been critically acclaimed in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. This year will mark the 9th artistic and cultural collaboration between the two cities. Owing to distinctive geographical advantages and a cultural environment of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, “Metropolitan Ink Art” become a hot topic to be extensively studied. In this exhibition, artists from the two cities explore new methods in reforming ink art, discovering creativity and expressiveness of this traditional art form, bringing ink art into our contemporary society.
