第三屆國際武學研討會將延續「劍之道：中國與意大利的武士文化」的主題，提供一個交流平台予國際學者及研究人員相互就武學及中歐刀劍武術進行一次深入探討。是次研討將會是首個匯聚海外及中國內地頂尖武學學者及武術專家的國際交流平台，更邀請到中華武學的權威馬明達教授、馬廉禎教授、著名當代鑄劍師胡小軍先生、意大利文藝復興武學專家兼古典兵器及書籍收藏家Roberto Gotti先生，以及歐洲著名武學學者Daniel Jaquet博士等。
研討會將圍繞四大主題進行探索及思辨︰
(一) 中國及歐洲刀劍文化的歷史及發展、
(二) 刀劍武藝的著作和知識傳播、
(三) 古代刀劍的物質文化及
(四) 古典刀劍武藝的傳承和復興。
研討會將以英文進行。

中世紀騎士為重裝騎士，他們在軍事、狩獵和音樂等方面受到訓練，是十字軍東征的主力。而作為基督的士兵，他將傳統的勇士忠誠勇武、誠實可靠的精神連接上基督教的武士文化。今次工作坊將會由偶戲師教導以黏土及布製作一隻專屬自己的中世紀騎士掌中木偶!

成功登記將於3個工作天内收到電郵確認通知，請於2月27日(星期六)至3月6日 (星期六) 上午10時30分-下午7時45分到香港中環荷李活道10號大館03座營房大樓訪客中心出示成功登記電郵領取掌中木偶製作材料。請參加者於工作坊開始前準備剪刀、膠水、膠紙、顔色筆和滾棒 (用於滾平黏土以方便製作，可用平滑水樽或其他相應物件代替)。
